(Tuesday, September 11, 2001, 8:30 p.m. EDT) — A grim-faced U.S. President George W. Bush reacted to the worst terrorist attack in history tonight with a terse but eloquent address to the nation in which he warned that those who gave shelter to murderers would be held equally guilty.
