(Thursday, March 30, 1972) — Former U.S. Attorney John N. Mitchell, who had become head of President Nixon’s re-election campaign committee, and Jeb Stuart Magruder, Mr. Mitchell’s deputy, approved a “dirty tricks” campaign, including the Watergate break-in, during a meeting today in Key Biscayne, Florida.
