(Tuesday, May 18, 1965) — One week after wrapping up filming for their second feature Help!, The Beatles returned to Twickenham Film Studios today to record post-sync work for the audio track.

The group overdubbed speech onto various scenes in the film. Their contributions ranged from full lines of dialogue to mumbled asides and laughter.

A second day of post-sync work would take place on June 16, 1965.
