Video: 'Emmy Awards '85'

(Sunday, September 22, 1985, 8:00 p.m. EDT) — Cagney & Lacey picked up four awards at the 37th Primetime Emmy Awards tonight at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California.

For the first of two straight years, the program was chosen as Outstanding Drama Series by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences

The Cosby Show won three awards, including Outstanding Comedy Series. Ceremonies were hosted by John Forsythe.
