(Sunday, April 4, 1976) — All the President’s Men, a political thriller film about two journalists (Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward) investigating the Watergate scandal for The Washington Post, premiered tonight in Washington, D.C.

Directed by Alan J. Pakula, the film starred Robert Redford, Dustin Hoffman, Jack Warden, Martin Balsam, Hal Holbrook, Jason Robards and Jane Alexander.
