(Tuesday, May 17, 1966) — Bob Dylan recorded his so-called Royal Albert Hall concert today, actually recorded at the Manchester Free Trade Hall in England.

The album was one of the most famous bootlegs ever. It was released officially in 1998.

“Megan’s Law,” as it’s known, was named for Megan Kanka, a seven-year-old New Jersey girl who was raped and murdered in 1994.
