(Saturday, June 26, 1976) — The Outlaw Josey Wales, a revisionist Western film about a peaceful farmer who turns vigilante when soldiers murder his family, was pre-screened today at the Sun Valley Center for the Arts and Humanities in Idaho during a six-day conference entitled Western Movies: Myths and Images.
Directed by Clint Eastwood, the film starred Eastwood, Chief Dan George and Sondra Locke.
