Video: 'Truman Library Dedication 1957/7/8'

(Saturday, July 6, 1957, afternoon CDT) — The Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and Museum, a presidential library and future resting place of Harry S. Truman, the 33rd President of the United States (1945–1953), was dedicated today in Independence, Missouri, with former President Herbert Hoover, Chief Justice Earl Warren and former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt among those in attendance.
