(Sunday, October 28, 2007, 6:30 p.m.-10:05 p.m. MDT) — The Boston Red Sox won the 2007 World Series today, beating the Colorado Rockies 4-3 at at Coors Field in Denver, Colorado, in the fourth and deciding game.

It was the seventh of eight World Series title for the Red Sox (1903-2013; the first title was won in 1903 as the Boston Americans).
