(Saturday, February 17, 1968) — George Harrison and John Lennon of The Beatles were filmed today in India, having arrived the previous day to study Transcendental Meditation with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi at his ashram in Rishikesh.

The other two Beatles, Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, would depart London for India on Feb. 18, 1968, arriving at Rishikesh on Feb. 20, 1968.
