Video: 'The Beatles' final photo session (FULL FILM)'
(Friday, August 22, 1969) — To help promote their just completed studio album Abbey Road, The Beatles united for what would turn out to be a final photographic session today on the grounds of John Lennon’s Tittenhurst estate in Sunninghill near Ascot, Berkshire.

The photographers were Ethan Russell and Monte Fresco, with additional pictures taken by The Beatles’ assistant Mal Evans. Some low-quality film footage was also shot by Paul McCartney’s wife, Linda.
The last pictures were taken in a corner of the main house’s southern balcony.
It was the last occasion in which Lennon, McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr were all together for band duties; thereafter their only meetings were business-related.
