(Tuesday, July 30, 1963, approximately 3:00-4:00 p.m. British Summer Time) — Although much of this day was spent at Abbey Road recording songs for their second album, The Beatles visited London’s Playhouse Theatre in the afternoon to record contributions to two BBC radio shows.
