(Monday, October 29, 1973) — Ex-Beatle John Lennon released the single “Mind Games“/”Meat City” in the U.S. today (released in the UK on Nov. 16, 1973), the first and only single pulled from his Mind Games album, released in the U.S. on Nov. 5, 1973 and two weeks later in the UK.
