(Saturday, August 20, 1966, 2:45 a.m. EDT) — The Beatles arrived at Cincinnati Airport this morning, having escaped Memphis intact.

The band was forced to postpone their concert in Cincinnati later this evening (to noon the following day, Aug. 21 1966) after heavy rain showers left the group vulnerable to electrocution on an unprotected stage.
