(Tuesday, June 13, 1967, 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. PDT) — The Monkees completed recording “Pleasant Valley Sunday” today at RCA Recording Studios in Hollywood.

With recording begun on June 10, 1967, “Pleasant Valley Sunday” was the third of 13 tracks to be completed for the group’s next studio album Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn & Jones Ltd and became the A-side of the band’s fourth American single (released July 10, 1967).
