(Tuesday, September 12, 1967) — The Beatles posed for photographers from national newspapers today during a lunch stop at the Grand Hotel in Plymouth, in the south west of England, during the first full day of filming for Magical Mystery Tour.

John Lennon and Paul McCartney were also interviewed by BBC TV reporter Hugh Scully for the local news program Spotlight South West on the following day at 5:55 p.m.
