‘Road to Morocco’ opens in New York City 70 years ago today (1942)

(Tuesday, November 10, 1942)Road to Morocco, a comedy film about two fast-talking guys tossed up on a desert shore and sold into slavery to a beautiful princess, opened today in New York City.

Directed by David Butler, the film stars Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, Dorothy Lamour and Anthony Quinn.
