Video: 'Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl' trailer

(Saturday, June 28, 2003) — Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, an adventure fantasy film about Blacksmith Will Turner who teams up with eccentric pirate “Captain” Jack Sparrow to save his love, the governor’s daughter, from Jack’s former pirate allies, who are now undead, premiered today at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California.

Directed by Gore Verbinski, the film starred Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush, Orlando Bloom, Keira Knightley, Jack Davenport and Jonathan Pryce.
