Video: 'Rudy' trailer

(Saturday, September 18, 1993) — Rudy, a sports film about the life of Daniel “Rudy” Ruettiger who harbored dreams of playing football at the University of Notre Dame despite significant obstacles, premiered today at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Directed by David Anspaugh, the film starred Sean Astin, Jon Favreau, Ned Beatty, Charles S. Dutton, Lili Taylor and Jason Miller.
