‘True Confessions’ episode airs on ‘NYPD Blue’ 20 years ago this hour (1993)

(Tuesday, October 12, 1993, 10:00 p.m. EDT) — Kelly and Sipowicz investigate a double homicide at a liquor store while Mrs. Wagner seeks revenge against her husband on tonight’s episode of the ABC-TV police drama series NYPD Blue.
