(Friday, June 5, 1964, 1:30 p.m. CET) — The Beatles held a press conference in the VIP Room at Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, soon after their arrival from Copenhagen. Later in the afternoon at their hotel in Downtown Amsterdam, the group was interviewed by a TV reporter looking for autographs.
