Video: 'Godzilla official trailer Collection 1954-1995.'

(Wednesday, November 3, 1954) — Godzilla, a Japanese science fiction kaiju film about a 400-foot monster reptile with radioactive breath that is revived thanks to nuclear testing, was released today in Japan.

Directed by Ishiro Honda, the film starred Akira Takarada, Momoko Kochi, Akihiko Hirata and Takashi Shimura.
