(Sunday, March 28, 1976, 7:00 p.m. EST) — Genesis opened its first American tour tonight at Century Theatre in Buffalo, New York, with drummer Phil Collins as lead vocalist. Genesis had auditioned more than 400 singers to replace Peter Gabriel.
