(Monday, June 21, 1976) — Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his band Wings performed the first of three shows tonight at The Forum in Inglewood, California (southwest of downtown Los Angeles), on the final stop of the 21-city, 31-show Wings Over America leg of his band’s Wings Over The World tour.

Another ex-Beatle, Ringo Starr, appeared on stage at the end of the show to present Paul with a bunch of flowers and then playfully picked up Paul’s guitar to play.
