(Saturday, January 14, 1978) — “Girls’ School” by former Beatle Paul McCartney and his band Wings peaked at #33 on today’s Billboard Hot 100 singles chart for one week.
“Girl’s School” was released as a double A-side single with “Mull of Kintyre,” which did not chart in the U.S. but was wildly successful in Britain, becoming the first single to sell over two million copies nationwide.
