Video: 'Stand and Deliver' trailer

(Saturday, February 13, 1988) — Stand and Deliver, an American drama film about a hopeful teacher who uses math to give his gang-member students self esteem, premiered today at the Miami International Film Festival.

Directed by Ramón Menéndez, the film starred Edward James Olmos, Lou Diamond Phillips, Rosanna DeSoto and Andy García.
