Video: 'Charles City Tornado May 15, 1968'

(Wednesday, May 15, 1968, 3:28 p.m. CDT) — An outbreak of 46 tornadoes began today in 10 Midwestern and Southern states, killing at least 72 people (including 45 in Arkansas and 18 in Iowa) over the next 27 hours and 32 minutes.
