Video: 'BEATLES MAD DAY OUT'
(Sunday, July 28, 1968, 2:00 p.m.-evening BST; during sessions for The Beatles, also known as “The White Album”) — With a new record label and upcoming single to promote, The Beatles held a series of photo shoots today at a wide variety of locations in and around London in what became known as their “Mad Day Out.”
Photos were taken in Hyde Park, in London’s Docklands, and in the garden of Paul McCartney’s St. John’s Wood home.
