(Thursday, December 12, 1968, 12:05-1:15 a.m. BST) — Following their performances in The Rolling Stones Rock and Roll Circus concert show, John Lennon of The Beatles and his girlfriend, Yoko Ono, gave a live interview early this morning to the BBC radio show Night Ride from the BBC’s Broadcasting House in central London.

After the interview, Lennon and Ono returned to Stonebridge House in Wembley, London, to see The Rolling Stones’ performance for their television special.
