Directed by Christian Marquand, the film starred Marlon Brando, Ewa Aulin, Richard Burton, James Coburn, Walter Matthau, Ringo Starr of The Beatles, John Huston, John Astin, Charles Aznavour, Elsa Martinelli and Enrico Maria Salerno.
