Video: 'Last Days Of Judy Garland E True Hollywood Story(Full Version)'
(Sunday, June 22, 1969, approximately between 2:30 a.m. and 4:40 a.m British Summer Time) — Judy Garland, who attained international stardom as an actress in both musical and dramatic roles, as a recording artist and on the concert stage, died early today in the bathroom of her rented house in London.
Her body was discovered by her husband, Mickey Deans, after he had been awakened at 10:40 a.m. BST by friends who were calling from California.
A coroner ruled that Garland, who was born Frances Ethel Gumm 47 years ago, died from “an incautious self-overdosage” of barbiturates.
