(Friday, September 19, 1969) — Paul McCartney of The Beatles was interviewed today at the Apple Corps building in London by David Wigg for the Sept. 21 and Sept. 28 editions of the BBC Radio 1 series Scene And Heard.

The interview was mainly to promote the band’s forthcoming Abbey Road album.
