“I Want You Back” was ranked 121st on Rolling Stone‘s list of “The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.”

It was the first of 17 number one hits on the chart featuring then-11-year-old lead singer Michael Jackson (the first four number ones were with the Jackson 5, the rest as a solo artist).
