(Wednesday, July 2, 1980) — Former Beatle John Lennon completed a demo of “I’m Losing You” for what would become his first studio album (with his wife, Yoko Ono) in five years, Double Fantasy, today at his rented villa called “Villa Undercliffe,” located in the Fairylands section of Bermuda.

Also around this time (early July 1980), Lennon added overdubs to the “I’m Losing You” demo and to the demos for “I’m Stepping Out” and “I Don’t Wanna Face It,” which would be recorded for the Lennon-Ono sequel album Milk And Honey.

Around the period of July 5-9, it is believed Lennon also recorded demos for “Mr. Hyde’s Gone (Don’t Be Afraid),” “The Happy Rishikesh Song / Something Is Wrong”, “Real Love” and “Grow Old With Me.”

Also in July, Lennon recorded “Woman” (with overdubs), overdubs for “Nobody Told Me” and (probably in late July but before he left Bermuda on July 28, 1980) “(Forgive Me) My Little Flower Princess.”
