(Thursday, September 18, 1980, starting at 2:00 p.m. EDT; during sessions for Double Fantasy and Milk And Honey) — Former Beatle John Lennon, who returned to the recording studio last month after a five-year absence for what would turn out to be his final studio albums, Double Fantasy and Milk And Honey (both with his wife, Yoko Ono), recorded his vocal harmony for Ono’s “Every Man Has a Woman Who Loves Him,” which was later released with Lennon’s vocal isolated, today at The Hit Factory in New York City.
