(Wednesday, December 9, 1970) — Former Beatle John Lennon and his wife, Yoko Ono, shot Up Your Legs Forever, an art film depicting panning shots of 367 human legs from foot to thigh, today on a seventh-floor sound stage at 3 W. 61st St. in New York City.

The 70-minute film, made for a three evening series of films by Lennon and Ono on Dec. 18-20, 1970, at New York City’s Elgin Theater, ends with a shot of Lennon and Ono’s buttocks.

The soundtrack for the film consisted of comments made during filming. The film’s credits are read out by Lennon.
