Video: 'George Harrison & Ravi Shankar - "The David Frost Show" (1971)'

(Wednesday, November 24, 1971) — Former Beatle George Harrison taped an appearance for the Dec. 3, 1971, edition of Group W’s The David Frost Show today at the Little Theatre at 240 West 44th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City.

Harrison was joined by Indian musician and composer Ravi Shankar and at one point, he tried to remember how to play the sitar.

David Bromberg also performed the song “The Hold-Up” which he had actually written with George back in November 1970.
