(Sunday, October 1, 1972) — Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his British–American rock band, Wings, today recorded “Hands Of Love” at EMI Studios, Abbey Road in London, during sessions for the studio album Red Rose Speedway.

The track would be mixed on Jan. 13 and Jan. 16, 1973, at EMI Studios and then released on Apr. 30, 1973, in the U.S. (May 4, 1973, in the UK) as the third part of a medley with “Hold Me Tight,” “Lazy Dynamite,” and “Power Cut.”
