(Monday, March 25, 1963) — Three days after the release of their debut album, Please Please Me, The Beatles were filmed today at Allerton Golf Course and Sefton Park in Liverpool, England, during a day-long photo shoot by Dezo Hoffman around Liverpool.

The band drove on in Paul McCartney’s Ford Consul 315 to the golf course, where they shot some 8mm film with Hoffman’s movie camera and leaped into the air.
