(Saturday, October 26, 1963, 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. Central European Time) — The Beatles performed the first of two shows tonight at Kungliga Tennishallen in Stockholm, Sweden, on the second night of the rock group’s Autumn 1963 Sweden Tour.

Fans shot some black and white and color film of the tonight’s performances.

Despite their popularity in Sweden, The Beatles were second on the bill to Joey Dee and the Starliters.

After the second concert John Lennon and Ringo Starr went to a party held by Joey Dee at the Foresta Hotel, but Paul McCartney and George Harrison returned to the Continental Hotel, where The Beatles stayed that night.
