Video: 'The Beatles Filming On The Train For A Hard Day`s Night - Follow The Beatles - 3-9 March 1964'
(Monday, March 9, 1964) — The Beatles today completed the last sequence filmed inside a train for the band’s debut movie A Hard Day’s Night.
The group boarded at Acton Main Line in west London, and travelled to Newton Abbot in Devon, before returning to London.
Although this was the last day of train filming, the film’s famous sequence of The Beatles performing ‘I Should Have Known Better,” supposedly shot in a railway carriage, was in fact filmed at Twickenham Film Studios on Mar. 11, 1964.
