(Thursday, March 12, 1964) — During a break in filming A Hard Day`s Night at Twickenham Film Studios, staff from Madame Tussauds did some measuring today for the soon to be made wax figures of The Beatles.

Backstage scenes from this date show them playing with an assortment of glass eyes (John munches on one!) and preparing for a scene.

John snips off a lock of his own hair and shaves his own reflection and a camera lens while George signs autographs.
