(Thursday, April 30, 1964, afternoon BST) — Before performing two concerts at the Odeon Cinema in Glasgow, The Beatles were interviewed for two television Scottish shows today, including Six Ten at their hotel, the Roman Camp Hotel in Callander, for broadcast later today.

They also visited Theatre Royal studios in Glasgow to record a contribution for the Scottish Television show Roundup for airing on May 5, 1964, at 5 p.m.

They chatted with hosts Morag Hood and Paul Young, but didn’t perform.

This interview was for the Scottish TV program “Roundup” and was rather unique as the fab four were interviewed in pairs – John & Paul and in another location (only a few feet away), George & Ringo.
