This was The Beatles’ 10th and final session recorded for the BBC radio’s Saturday Club, although they gave subsequent interviews to the show until 1966.

Just two songs – “Rock And Roll Music” and “Kansas City/Hey-Hey-Hey-Hey!” – were taped, along with banter with host Brian Matthew.

When the edition of Saturday Club was broadcast, four songs from The Beatles’ Nov. 17, 1964, session for Top Gear were also included. These were “I’m A Loser,” “Everybody’s Trying To Be My Baby,” “I Feel Fine,” and “She’s A Woman.”

Note: This would be the band’s second to last ever original radio performance for the BBC radio; their last would be recorded on May 26, 1965.
