(Monday, March 10, 1975) — Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his British-American band Wings completed recording “Call Me Back Again” for the group’s next studio album Venus and Mars today at Wally Heider Recording, Studio 3 in Los Angeles.

Paul, Denny Laine and engineer Alan O’Duffy, were all found slightly hungover today after an evening spent partying with Elton John, in a vocal isolation booth overdubbing backing harmonies to complete the track’s recording.
