(Friday, March 14, 1975) — Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his British-American band Wings completed recording of “Treat Her Gently – Lonely Old People” for the group’s next studio album Venus and Mars today at Wally Heider Recording, Studio 3, 1604 N Cahuenga Blvd., Los Angeles.

McCartney finished the track today but adding two celeste parts (although in the final mix he kept only one) and a fresh piano part.

Paul then asked Jimmy McCulloch to add guitar embellishments between the lines of vocal harmony toward the end of the track.
