Video: 'Cocoon' trailer
(Friday, June 21, 1985, 11:15 a.m. EDT) — Cocoon, a science fiction film about a group of elderly people are rejuvenated by aliens after swimming in a pool, premiered today at the Criterion Center on Broadway between 44th and 45th streets in the Times Square neighborhood in the Midtown Manhattan section of New York City.
Directed by Ron Howard, the film starred Don Ameche, Wilford Brimley, Hume Cronyn, Brian Dennehy, Jack Gilford, Steve Guttenberg, Maureen Stapleton, Jessica Tandy, Gwen Verdon, Herta Ware and Tahnee Welch.
