(Friday, February 13, 1976, 7:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. GMT) — Former Beatle Paul McCartney and his British-American rock band Wings completed “Warm and Beautiful” and “The Note You Never Wrote” (with Denny Laine on lead vocals) tonight as orchestral overdubs (arranged by Fiachra Trench) were added to both in Studio 3 at Abbey Road Studios in London.

The tracks were the third and fourth of 12 to be completed the group’s fifth studio album Wings at the Speed of Sound on Mar. 25, 1976 in the USA (Apr. 2, 1976 in the UK).
