(Saturday, May 27, 2006)Pan’s Labyrinth, a Spanish-Mexican dark fantasy film that centers on Ofelia, a lonely and dreamy child living with her mother and adoptive father, premiered today at the Cannes Film Festival.

Directed by Guillermo del Toro, the film starred Ivana Baquero, Sergi López, Maribel Verdú, Doug Jones, Ariadna Gil and Álex Angulo.
