Video: 'OJ Simpson arrested - Commentary by Jeffrey Steinberger'
(Sunday, September 16, 2007) — O. J. Simpson was charged today with six felonies in connection with a reported armed robbery of sports memorabilia in a Las Vegas hotel room on Sept. 13, 2007.
Simpson, acquitted of the 1994 murders of his former wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman, now faces two counts each of robbery with a deadly weapon and assault with a deadly weapon, as well as one count each of conspiracy to commit burglary and burglary with a firearm.
A judge ordered Simpson held without bail pending arraignment.
